What to Donate

In-Person Toy Donation Drop Offs

• We will only accept toy donations during a limited time, and we will announce the times as we get closer to the event. .
• Donations will only be received on our grounds in a parking lot across from the main hospital building (directional signage will be posted).
• The donation site will be staffed from 10 am-6 pm every day during the donation dates. Donors will not be allowed to enter the hospital building to drop off toy donations.
• Please shop from the list of needs below. Please note: All donations must be new in original packaging/with tags. We cannot accept used toys or stuffed animals, any items that are breakable, sharp or contain latex, or food or candy. And lastly, please do not gift wrap toys; however, we are happy to receive donations of wrapping supplies along with the toys!

Child Life Top 10 Highest Needs Wish List

1. Infant items: rattles, teethers, o-balls, binkies, musical & lightup toys, boppy pillows, etc.
2. LEGO sets (all types, 50-400 pieces)
3. Coloring books, adult coloring books, markers & coloredpencils (sets of 8-24)
4. Playdoh (2 oz tubs) & slime making kits
5. Crafts kits for school-age and teen: drawing, painting, sciencekits, STEM building, etc.
6. Games for school-age and teen: Decks of Uno, board games,card games & playing cards
7. Stuffed animals (new with tags on) & blankets for teens (fleeceno-sew style, larger sizes)
8. Tech items (i.e. small Bluetooth speakers, Bluetoothheadphones for iPhone 8 and higher)
9. Plastic baby dolls (all skin colors!) & action figures
10. Gift cards: Amazon, Target, Walmart, Visa (in amounts of $25)

For in-person donations, our staff will provide you with a record of donated goods form to complete and you will receive a copy for your tax records. If you donate virtually and would like an electronic gift in kind form, please email giving@nemours.org.
