At Motorcycle Santa, our mission is to bring comfort and relief to families dealing with unexpected medical challenges. Through the Medical Hardship Support Program, we provide meaningful assistance—whether that’s essential items, gift cards, or help with urgent bills—so families can focus on what matters most: healing and being together.

Who Can Be Nominated?

  • Families with children ages 0–18 experiencing financial hardship due to illness.
  • No restrictions on type of illness.
  • Anyone from the general public may submit a nomination.

Program Timeline

  • Nominations Open: November 1 – December 19, 2025
  • Review & Selection: December 2025
  • Notifications: By December 20, 2025
  • Support Distributed: Goal of December 24, 2025

How It Works

  1. Submit a Nomination – Share the nominee’s story and complete the required consent.
  2. Committee Review – Our Board reviews each application based on medical and financial need.
  3. Interview (if needed) – Families may be contacted for more details.
  4. Notification & Support – Recipients are notified and assistance is distributed.

Types of Assistance

  • Physical Items: Clothing, blankets, or medical supplies.
  • Gift Cards: Groceries, gas, or other daily needs.
  • Direct Payments: Medical bills or household expenses.

Each recipient’s support is tailored to their situation, with the goal of making a meaningful impact.
